3. Age verification, essential forms, and $15/player/year Stripe fee must be completed before your player can participate in their first tournament. This is a once yearly fee.

4. After filling out the player profile and paying the Stripe fee, you can now add your player to a roster using the Roster ID your coach sent to you.

5. Make sure your player has a photo of their “Player Card” that you will find on your dashboard by clicking on your player's photo. This is how they will check in at the event, without this they will not be able to check in or play. Mobile view of the dashboard is best for viewing and sharing.
